Being that the dress is usually purchased and fitted months in advance, we begin to realize that some weight gain has crept up on you. So the question is, "How can I lose this weight quickly and safely before the wedding day?"
Well here are 10 tips to help you do just that.

1. The old water trick. Drink at least one glasses of water every 2 hours to keep you full. 2. Reduce your calorie intake by 100 calories a day. Don't eat candy, replace candy with oranges or bananas. 3. Use spices instead of sugar, like cinnamon and vanilla to desserts. 4. Using herbal supplements will help curb your appetite and give you extra energy. 5. Cut down or stop alcohol consumption. It is high in calories and it also stimulates your appetite. 6. Whatever you do, stay away from as much processed food as possible. Like potato chips and dough nuts. 7. Avoid foods that cause water gain and bloating. Salty foods cause water retention so skip fried foods whenever possible. 8. Try to exercise at least 15 minutes per day. Just enough to help burn calories but not so much that you get sore. 9. Try to get as much rest as possible. Going to bed early and not napping during the day. Sleeping during the day can change your metabolism and also cause weight gain. 10. Always limit you food intake. Cutting your meals by half and snacking on healthy foods every 4 hours will also help curb your appetite. |
